Is this an emergency service?
Getting listed
How are organizations added to the directory?
Organizations are only listed if they:
- Respond to outreach, or
- Submit their information using the Agency or Organization Update Form
- Each organization shares their own service details.
- Listings are reviewed before being added.
Do organizations need a physical office to be listed?
No. Organizations can be listed even if they:
- Work virtually
- Operate from a home office
- Offer mobile or community-based services
What matters is that services are available to the community.
Why isn’t my organization listed?
Your organization may not be listed if:
- You have not submitted the update form
- You did not respond to outreach
- Your services do not match the focus of this directory
- Your information is incomplete
Organizations can request to be added at any time using the update form.
Does being listed mean the City endorses an organization?
No. Being listed does not mean the City recommends or approves any organization.
The directory is meant to share information only.

Listings are reviewed regularly, but updates depend on organizations sharing current information.
