Leaders for Life, Inc is a Mental Health and substance abuse program. We offer intensive support for persons with serious mental illness and substance abuse treatment through one on one programs as well as groups. Our services are designed for both adults and youth ages 7-18. We accept most Commercial Insurance, Medicaid and self pay are accepted.
